Ty Countisbury

Ty Countisbury houses people longer term who have lower support needs.

Our Hostel Service Officers are onsite and available to support residents 24 hours a day.

Visiting Outreach staff are available to provide one-to-one support. This helps clients access services and supports them to live independently.

There is an in-house Diversionary Activities Officer to encourage clients to take part in activities in the following areas:

• sports and leisure
• education and training
• health and wellbeing
