Ty Ephraim

Ty Ephraim was formerly owned by the Youth Hostel Association, and now houses many of Cardiff Council’s hostel residents.

Our supported accommodation service officers are onsite and available to support residents 24 hours a day.

Visiting Outreach staff are available to provide one-to-one support. This helps clients access services and supports them to live independently.

There is an in-house Diversionary Activities Officer to encourage clients to take part in activities in the following areas:

• sports and leisure
• education and training
• health and wellbeing

Professionals from harm-reduction projects like Huggard’s outreach needle-exchange visit on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
