Monday’s – Kickboxing @The Ultimate Fitness Centre – 12.30 pm – 2.30 pm

Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s – Gym sessions @Cyncoed University Campus – 1 pm – 3 pm

Friday’s  – Nature Walks – Various locations – We aim to leave the hostels around 10am and return around 3pm.

All of the sessions are a great way to improve your wellbeing by getting some exercise, having fun and learning new skills 🙂
