Single Assessment Centre

The Single Assessment Centre provides emergency accommodation for single homeless people. The centre offers 24 hour service and multi-disciplinary assessments to help us meet our client’s needs.

Our supported accommodation service officers are onsite and available to support residents 24 hours a day.

Outreach staff visit the centre to provide one-to-one support. This helps clients access services and supports them to live independently.

There is a Diversionary Activities Officer based at the centre to encourage clients to take part in activities in the following areas:

• sports and leisure
• education and training
• health and wellbeing

Residents can also access clinician services including:

• A weekly GP drop-in service
• Nurses practice
• Counsellors
• Occupational therapists
